Kathleen Robertson Bio

Kathleen Robertson (born July 8, 1973) is an Canadian actor and writer. Her most well-known work is her roles in the role of Tina Edison in the Canadian sitcom Maniac Mansion (1990-1993) and as Clare Arnold in the Fox Teen Drama series Beverly Hills, 90210 (1994-1997). Robertson also starred in a variety of films, and from 2011 until 2012 she played the character as Kitty O'Neill in the Starz political drama series Boss. Robertson played the role of murder detective Hildy Muligan in the TNT series Murder in the First from 2014 to 2016. In 2019, she portrayed one of the main characters in the TNT series Northern Rescue. Robertson was born in Hamilton Ontario. She was a student at Sherwood Secondary School, and Hillfield Strathallan College. When she was ten years old, Robertson began acting classes and was a part in local productions of the theatre. Her first appearances on television were in The Campbells, My Secret Identity and E.N.G. Robertson played Tina Edison (Joe Flaherty) The most senior of the three children of Dr. Fred Edison on Canadian sitcom Maniac Mansion. Two Young Artist Awards nominations were obtained for the character. She appeared in several small films and television shows but did not make her debut on the big screen until her minor part in the thriller film Blown Away, opposite Corey Haim and Nicole Eggert. Also, she made her American debut in the made-for-television feature, Quiet Killer, co-starring Kate Jackson.
