Adam G. Sevani Bio

Adam G. Sevani (born June 29, 1992) is an American actor and dancer, famous for his role as Robert Alexander III / Moose in the Step Up film series. Sevani was in Step Up 2: The Streets (2008) The Streets, the second installment of the Step Up film series. The film was about a group composed of students who form the Step Up dance group to take on the streets. Sevani's performance as Robert "Moose" Alexander III was well-received by critics, like The New York Times, for portraying a character who "might be the most sexiest ever nerd in cinema history". The film, which got mostly mixed reviews, managed to gross over $150 million worldwide. Sevani was awarded the 2008 Young Hollywood Awards "Best Scene Stealer Award" for his role in the movie. In May 2009, Sevani was confirmed to reprise his role as Moose in the third installment of the Step Up series. Filming took place in New York City on a $30 million budget. Step Up 3D is about Moose and Camille Alyson Stoner, his close friend who moves to New York City to begin University. Sevani's character becomes caught up in the underground dance scene. It premiered in August of 2010 to mixed reviews. In August 2012, it is the highest selling installment of the franchise, raking in more than $159 million worldwide. In July 2012 Sevani made a small appearance in the series' fourth installment, Step Up Revolution. In 2014, Sevani once again reprised his role as Moose in the fifth installment of the Step Up film series, Step Up: All In. Sevani, Miley Cyrus and Demi Moore were confirmed to be starring in the American remake (2008) of LOL (Laughing Out Loud). The film centers around Cyrus getting her senior year over in high school. The film premiered in limited quantities in the US in May 2012. The film received a poor review from critics.
